Why pushing through became automatic
See how effort, endurance and overriding physical signals can become the default long after that approach stops helping.
Why knowing how to train has not created consistency
Learn how frustration can trigger an aggressive restart, soreness or exhaustion, missed sessions, self-criticism and another restart.
What movement reveals when pressure rises
Begin noticing the urge to rush, force, compare, hold your breath, ignore signals or quit when you cannot perform the way you expect.
Plus: Guided Effortless Meditation and practical experiential exercises on the live session.

This live training unfolds across three sessions, each addressing a different layer of the same process. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is skipped. Each session creates the conditions for the next.
Paul competed at professional NRL level, where pushing through discomfort was often rewarded as part of performance.
He has spent more than a decade coaching football teams and observing how pressure exposes technique, habits, impatience, comparison, force and avoidance.
His own experience of burnout, disconnection and rebuilding changed what strength meant: a body you can trust, not one you are constantly fighting.

His own experience of burnout, disconnection and rebuilding changed what strength meant: a body you can trust, not one you are constantly fighting.
The first session establishes a shared understanding of how patterns form, why they repeat, and why effort alone doesn’t interrupt them. This is where language sharpens, awareness settles, and the group begins working together experientially.
Education, connection, and guided exercises build the internal conditions required for deeper work. It’s not about change yet. It’s about stabilising the ground so the work can go where it needs to.
The second session is where the underlying drivers become visible. This is where attention moves beneath story and explanation and into the level where patterns are organised. Rather than working on reactions, the work meets what shapes them.
For many, this is the first time the actual root of a repeating pattern becomes clear not abstractly, but directly. Sensation, emotion, memory, and belief are seen together as one process, rather than separate parts. This is the pivotal session. Not because it is intense, but because it is clarifying.
The final session is about making sense of what has been revealed and how it integrates back into real life.
Patterns are unpacked carefully. Questions are explored openly. What emerges on Day 2 is contextualised, stabilised, and translated into understanding that can be lived with personally and professionally.
This session includes open inquiry and space to ask what matters most, without agenda or pressure. The focus is not on adding more, but on allowing what has shifted to organise naturally.

Still think of yourself as capable, but stress, pressure or setbacks have quietly worn down your confidence.
Find yourself overthinking decisions, second guessing yourself or questioning whether you still have what it takes.
React in ways that do not feel like you, then replay the moment and wonder why the same response keeps taking over.
Feel caught in emotional patterns you understand logically but have not been able to change when it matters.
Have lost trust in yourself after repeatedly trying to get back on track in your health, work or life.
Notice stress showing up in your body as tension, stiffness, low energy or the urge to push yourself harder.
Miss feeling strong, capable and connected to yourself, but do not want another punishing restart or something else to prove.
Want to understand what is driving the loop so you can respond with greater calm, confidence and self trust.
Intrinsic Living® helps adults recognise and interrupt the stress driven patterns that keep repeating under pressure creating greater clarity, space and self trust.
Pattern level facilitation through movement, regulation, and embodied experience

Paul "Ollie" Upfield is a former professional NRL player, sports coach and Movement Facilitator. He brings a practical physical doorway into Break the Loop for people who understand pressure, effort, performance and recovery more readily than
inner growth language.
Inside Break the Loop, movement is not a workout bolted onto the work. It is a way to notice in real time how you rush, force, compare, hold back or ignore what your body is telling you.
Paul helps participants stay engaged and experience a different response. He does not provide therapy, physiotherapy, injury diagnosis or rehabilitation.
Break the Loop: Live is held by facilitators who approach the work from different directions and meet at the same depth. Each brings a distinct way of working with pattern, regulation, and integration. Together, they allow the work to be met mentally, emotionally, and through the body. So understanding is not just reached, but lived.
Root level facilitation of patterns through
awareness, emotion, and integration

Craig’s work is grounded in lived integration, not borrowed technique. Over several decades, Craig built businesses in consulting and technology while quietly carrying burnout, overthinking, and a growing erosion of self trust. From the outside, life appeared successful. but internally, pressure was accumulating.
The turning point came when it became clear the issue wasn’t external demand It was the patterns organising his internal responses.
Craig stepped away and spent years rebuilding from the inside out through deep inner growth, spirituality, effortless meditation, breathwork, somatic work, and applied behavioural change. The work wasn’t assembled — it was lived. Over time, this integration became a coherent approach to pattern level facilitation — shaped by real world leadership, psychological depth, and embodied practice — rather than theory or trend.
Pattern level facilitation through movement, regulation, and embodied experience

Paul’s work begins in the body and moves outward into life. After years competing at the highest levels of elite sport, discipline, pressure, and physical resilience shaped Paul’s early world. Hard work was the standard. Pushing through was normal.
Over time, that approach stopped addressing what was happening underneath. Burnout, disconnection, and a quiet loss of confidence began to surface. Not from failure, but from carrying pressure without another way to process it. Movement became the bridge back.
Through awareness, motion, and honest physical engagement, Paul discovered a different relationship with strength — one grounded in regulation, self respect, and presence. That work now forms the foundation of his facilitation. In Break the Loop: Live, Paul brings movement and embodied practice that allows patterns to be met, not just talked about, then integrated where they actually live.

No. Movement is one practical part of the wider Break the Loop experience. It is used to help you notice patterns under pressure, not to test your fitness or deliver a punishing workout.
It is for capable adults who are tired of pushing through, starting over or feeling disconnected from the strength and confidence they once trusted. It is male-leaning, not male only, and open to all roles.
You do not need a particular fitness level. Movement can be adapted to your current capacity. If you are managing pain, an injury or a medical condition, seek advice from a qualified health professional; Break the Loop: Live does not provide physiotherapy, diagnosis or rehabilitation.
No. You do not need to empty your mind, concentrate perfectly or have any previous experience. Each practice will be guided.

Break the Loop: Live is a free, focused two hour online Inner Growth experience with Paul “Ollie” Upfield. It is designed to help you recognise what sits beneath stress, overthinking and emotional reactions, understand why familiar patterns keep repeating, and begin creating more awareness, clarity and choice in how you respond.
It is held completely online via Zoom, so you can join from the comfort and privacy of your own home. There is no travelling somewhere unfamiliar, no room full of people watching you and nothing you need to perform or prove. You can take part in an environment designed to help you feel safe, heard and able to engage at your own pace.
It is for capable adults who are tired of pushing through, overthinking, reacting under pressure, starting over or feeling like they have lost some of the confidence and self trust they once relied on.
It is male leaning, not male only, and open to anyone who recognises these patterns in themselves.
In fact, many partners join in too sometimes to experience it alongside the person who registered, and often because they begin recognising some of the same patterns in themselves and want to experience the work firsthand.
No. Break the Loop: Live is not a fitness program, workout or physical test. You do not need to be fit, and movement is not required to take part. The experience is about helping you recognise the patterns beneath stress, overthinking and emotional reactions particularly what happens automatically when pressure rises.
You participate from your own home, within your own comfort. There is nothing to keep up with, nothing to prove and no expectation to perform.
The next Break the Loop: Live is on Tuesday, 15 September 2026 | 6:30 pm-8:30 pm AEST | Live via Zoom , live via Zoom.
Registration is free.
There are times when insight, strategy, or understanding aren’t enough. What matters then is the ability to stay present with yourself, with pressure, and with what’s actually unfolding without rushing, avoiding, or handing control back to old patterns.
This training offers a structured way to meet that moment. Not to become someone else. Not to fix what isn’t broken.
But to understand what has been shaping your responses, and learn how to meet that more directly. Nothing to perform.
Nothing to prove. Just intentional time set aside for work that goes deeper.
Free to attend. No surface level theory. Three live sessions.
Break the Loop: Live is educational and experiential. It is not medical or mental health treatment and is not a substitute for support from a qualified professional.
