A seven day, small group retreat for adults who are functioning in life, but are tired of carrying internal pressure, overthinking everything, second guessing themselves or reacting in ways they understand afterwards but still struggle to change.
Step away from everyday demands and work more deeply with what is driving those patterns through guided Inner Growth Coaching, emotional processing, Effortless Meditation, breathwork and embodied practice.
The purpose is simple: less reacting, less internal pressure, more choice in how you respond, and greater trust in yourself when real life gets difficult.
Candidasa, Bali | 7 days | AUD $3,500 | Maximum 25 participants
Not sure if it's right for you? Speak with us first. Ready to come? Reserve your place directly.
Break the Loop is for adults who are functioning in life, but are tired of the stress, overthinking, internal pressure or emotional patterns that keep following them into different situations.
You may already understand yourself well.
You may know what triggers you, recognise the patterns and even know what you would prefer to do differently.
But knowing it and changing it when the pressure is real are not always the same thing.
Seven days gives you something everyday life rarely does.
Distance from the routines and demands that keep pulling you back into the same responses.
Time to work with what is driving the pattern, rather than only managing what happens afterwards.
Guided Inner Growth work across the mind, emotions, subconscious patterns, nervous system and body.
Space to reconnect with yourself, rebuild self-trust and strengthen your belief in your own judgement.
Time to practise and integrate a different way of responding before you return to real life.
You are not coming because you cannot cope with your life.
What people have experienced when working with us
You can understand a pattern and still repeat it.
You can know you are overthinking and still struggle to switch it off.
You can recognise an emotional reaction and still feel it take over before you respond the way you intended.
You can know what needs to change and still find yourself back in the same response when pressure returns.
Stress, overthinking and emotional reactions can involve learned beliefs, emotional responses, subconscious conditioning, the nervous system and the body.
That is why understanding the pattern is important, but understanding alone may not change it.
Over seven days, the retreat gives you the space and guided support to work across the different levels involved:
Recognise the beliefs, interpretations and thinking patterns that help keep the loop active.
Work with the feelings and unresolved emotional responses underneath the reaction, rather than continually suppressing, avoiding or managing them.
Explore the learned conditioning and internal responses that can activate before conscious choice catches up.
Recognise how the pattern shows up physically and develop greater capacity to regulate, pause and respond differently under pressure.
Bring what changes during the retreat into your decisions, boundaries, relationships, work and everyday life.
So when life gets difficult again, you have more space to respond, greater trust in yourself and less need to fall back into the same pattern.
Break the Loop is not seven days of sitting in workshops talking about your problems.
For the entire retreat, you stay within the Seabreeze Candidasa environment, away from the routines,
responsibilities and distractions you normally return to.
That gives us something ordinary coaching rarely has:
time, continuity and the space to work properly.

Something in your system responds first. Then your mind follows, trying to make sense of it.
By the time you’re aware of it, it’s already happened.
Private coaching gives you space to work with what is specific to you, with guidance and support available
throughout the retreat rather than only during scheduled group sessions.
Guided processes help you explore and work with the emotional responses, beliefs and conditioning underneath recurring stress, overthinking, self doubt and emotional reactions.
You will learn how to breathe more deliberately and use different breathing patterns to influence energy, balance, calm and nervous system regulation.
These are practical tools you can continue using when you return home.
The retreat includes a minimum of three dedicated two hour Healing Breathwork sessions.
These longer facilitated experiences use breath, body awareness and guided support to access and process emotional material that may be difficult to reach through conversation or conscious thinking alone.
The intention is to support emotional release, reduce internal pressure and create greater connection with yourself and your body.
You will experience and learn Effortless Meditation as a practical way to rest, release accumulated stress, develop awareness and create a less forced relationship with your thoughts and emotions.
It is not about stopping your thoughts or trying to meditate perfectly.
Purposeful movement and body based practices help you recognise how patterns show up physically, particularly when there is pressure, challenge or uncertainty.
The purpose is not fitness or performance. It is another way to develop awareness, regulation, confidence and a different embodied response.
We also work with the conscious beliefs, habits, interpretations and behaviours that influence how you live.
This can include mindset work, journalling, behavioural change, identity work and exploring what you genuinely want to create next.
Where appropriate, the retreat may also draw on methods such as Parts Work, mirror work, chair based processes, subconscious belief work, emotional completion and other guided Inner Growth practices.
The method is chosen to support the person and the work that is emerging, rather than forcing everyone through the same technique.
You will not be scheduled from morning until night.
There is deliberate space to rest, reflect, connect, journal, enjoy the Seabreeze environment and allow the work to settle.
You remain within the retreat environment for the full week so the process is not continually interrupted by returning to normal life.
Before you leave, the focus turns towards where the change actually matters:
✓ Your relationship with yourself.
✓ Your family.
✓ Your work.
✓ Your decisions.
✓ Your boundaries.
✓ Your habits.
And the situations where stress, overthinking, self-doubt or old emotional reactions usually return.
You have a full week to understand the pattern, work with it mentally, emotionally, subconsciously and through the body,
then begin living the change before you return home.
The retreat is not a collection of disconnected workshops.
The Inner Growth work follows a clear progression:
Recognise the stress, overthinking, emotional reactions, beliefs and behaviours that keep repeating, and become clearer about what you want to change.
Become aware of how the pattern is experienced emotionally and physically, not only how you explain it intellectually.
Through guided coaching, breathwork, reflection and experiential processes, there is space to work with emotions and responses that may normally be suppressed, avoided or pushed aside.
Explore the emotional experiences, beliefs and subconscious conditioning that continue to give the pattern its charge
and influence.
Bring the change into your decisions, boundaries, habits, relationships, work and the situations where the old response would normally return.
More self-trust.
Stronger self-belief.
Less second guessing.
More choice in how you respond.
Greater connection with yourself and the people who matter to you.
And a clearer sense of how you want to live moving forward.
The goal of Break the Loop is not to remove every difficult emotion, stressful situation or challenging person
from your life. It is to change what happens inside you when those moments arrive.
As the patterns beneath stress, overthinking and emotional reactions begin
to lose their hold, you may experience:

Less mental noise, fewer repetitive thoughts and a greater ability to settle when the day is finished.
For some people, reducing internal pressure and nervous system activation can also support deeper, more settled sleep.
A greater sense that you can handle difficult conversations, uncertainty, change and whatever life puts in front of you. Not because everything becomes easy, but because you feel more capable of meeting it.
When less energy is being consumed by stress, defensiveness, overthinking or emotional protection, there can be more room to be present with yourself, your partner, your family and the people you work with.
Greater clarity around what you feel, what you need, what matters to you and how you actually want to live.
Greater awareness of what is right for you, what is not, and more confidence communicating that without continually abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable.
Greater trust in your own feelings, judgement and decisions, without needing to analyse everything repeatedly or constantly look outside yourself for reassurance.
More space between what happens and how you respond. Not because you are forcing yourself to stay calm, but because the internal pressure driving the old response has reduced.
The difference is that the same pressure does not have to keep creating the same version of you.
From the moment we collect you from the airport until we take you back, the intention is to remove as much outside responsibility and distraction as possible.
You arrive at Seabreeze Candidasa and remain within the retreat environment for the full seven days.
Not because you are being isolated from Bali. Because the environment is part of the work.

To participate.
To rest.
To eat well.
To do the work.
And to give yourself enough uninterrupted time for something different to happen.

We collect you from the airport at the beginning of the retreat and return you at the end.
Once you arrive, the week is taken care of.

Stay within the quiet coastal environment of Seabreeze Candidasa for the entire retreat, surrounded by the natural atmosphere of Bali rather than returning each night to everyday distractions.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided throughout the retreat, along with snacks, refreshments and
non-alcoholic drinks.
There is no need to leave the resort to organise meals or think about where you need to be next.

For the week, we deliberately reduce many of the things that normally keep you stimulated, distracted or pulled back into routine.
The retreat is alcohol free and stimulant free, including coffee, and we encourage you to step away from phones, work, social media and the constant need to stay connected.
This is not about control or deprivation.
It is about giving your mind and body the opportunity to experience something different from the habits and inputs of everyday life.

Support is available throughout the week.
If something comes up between sessions, you are not expected to simply hold onto it until the next scheduled workshop.
We are there to coach, guide and support you through the experience as it unfolds.

Break the Loop: Live is held by facilitators who approach the work from different directions and meet at the same depth. Each brings a distinct way of working with pattern, regulation, and integration. Together, they allow the work to be met mentally, emotionally, and through the body. So understanding is not just reached, but lived.
Root level facilitation of patterns through
awareness, emotion, and integration

Craig’s work is grounded in lived integration, not borrowed technique. Over several decades, Craig built businesses in consulting and technology while quietly carrying burnout, overthinking, and a growing erosion of self trust. From the outside, life appeared successful. but internally, pressure was accumulating.
The turning point came when it became clear the issue wasn’t external demand It was the patterns organising his internal responses.
Craig stepped away and spent years rebuilding from the inside out through deep inner growth, spirituality, effortless meditation, breathwork, somatic work, and applied behavioural change. The work wasn’t assembled — it was lived. Over time, this integration became a coherent approach to pattern level facilitation — shaped by real world leadership, psychological depth, and embodied practice — rather than theory or trend.
Pattern level facilitation through movement, regulation, and embodied experience

Paul’s work begins in the body and moves outward into life. After years competing at the highest levels of elite sport, discipline, pressure, and physical resilience shaped Paul’s early world. Hard work was the standard. Pushing through was normal.
Over time, that approach stopped addressing what was happening underneath. Burnout, disconnection, and a quiet loss of confidence began to surface. Not from failure, but from carrying pressure without another way to process it. Movement became the bridge back.
Through awareness, motion, and honest physical engagement, Paul discovered a different relationship with strength — one grounded in regulation, self respect, and presence. That work now forms the foundation of his facilitation. In Break the Loop: Live, Paul brings movement and embodied practice that allows patterns to be met, not just talked about, then integrated where they actually live.
Deep Inner Growth work depends on more than the method. It matters who is guiding it, how they respond when something unexpected comes up and whether you feel supported enough to stay with the work.
Throughout the retreat, you are working directly with Craig Young and Paul “Ollie” Upfield.
Founder of Intrinsic Living® | Inner Growth Coach, Mentor & Teacher

Craig helps capable adults work beneath recurring stress, overthinking, emotional reactions, internal pressure and
self-doubt so they can rebuild self-belief, self-trust and greater choice in how they respond.
His approach combines Inner Growth Coaching with emotional and subconscious work, Effortless Meditation, breathwork, Parts Work, somatic and embodied practices and practical behavioural change.
Craig also brings more than 30 years of experience building and operating businesses, alongside his own lived experience of burnout, major life change and rebuilding from the
inside out.
His style is calm, direct, grounded and human.
He will challenge you when it is useful, support you when you need it and help you see what may be difficult to see on your own.
Movement Facilitator | Former Elite Rugby League Player & Premiership Winning Coach

Ollie brings a different doorway into the same work.
Years of elite sport taught him discipline, resilience and how to perform under pressure.
His own experience of burnout, disconnection and losing confidence eventually challenged the idea that pushing harder was always the answer.
Today, movement is one of the ways he helps people recognise what happens when pressure enters the body.
His facilitation brings movement, physical awareness, regulation and embodied experience into Break the Loop, helping participants experience patterns rather than only talk about them.
This is not fitness training and there is nothing to prove.
Movement is adapted to the person in front of him and used as another way to build awareness, presence, capacity and trust in yourself.
Craig primarily works through the mental, emotional and subconscious layers.
Ollie brings movement, physical awareness and embodied experience.
Together, the work can be met through the mind, emotions and body, rather than expecting one approach to do everything.
And throughout the week, one principle remains constant:
The person stays at the centre of the work.
Nothing needs to be forced.
You do not have to disclose everything.
You can ask questions.
You can say you are not ready.
And the methods are adapted to what is actually happening rather than forcing everyone through the same experience.
Break the Loop: Live is held at the root level shaped by lived experience,
complementary approaches, and a shared respect for depth.
